FUNDIQPrivacy Policy
FUNDIQ ("we", "us") is a product of Beyonder Technology. This policy explains what we collect when you join our founding-member waitlist, why, and your rights. FUNDIQ is pre-launch; today the only personal data we process is what you give us on the waitlist form.
What we collect
- Email address — required, so we can contact you about early access.
- Role (optional) — e.g. VC analyst, founder — to understand who's interested.
- "What data matters most" (optional) — free text you choose to share.
- Basic server logs — IP address and request metadata, kept short-term for security and abuse prevention.
Why we collect it (legal basis)
We process this on the basis of your consent, given when you submit the form, and our legitimate interest in building a product the people who'll use it actually want. We use your email only to send founding-member updates and to ask what to prioritise. No spam; you can opt out at any time.
What we don't do
- We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data.
- We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site.
- We do not show fabricated user counts or fake testimonials — numbers on our site reflect real signups.
Analytics
If analytics are enabled, we use a privacy-friendly, self-hosted analytics tool that measures aggregate page visits without third-party cookies and without selling data. It does not build advertising profiles of you.
Third parties & processors
- Email delivery — Hostinger email infrastructure, to send your confirmation and updates.
- Hosting — our own server (Beyonder Technology VPS). Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS). We do not claim end-to-end encryption.
How long we keep it
We keep your waitlist details until launch and for a reasonable period after, or until you ask us to delete them — whichever comes first. Server logs are rotated on a short cycle.
Your rights
Consistent with Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (UU No. 27/2022) and, where applicable, the GDPR, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, and you may withdraw consent at any time. Email fundiq@beyonder1.tech and we'll action it.
Children
FUNDIQ is a professional B2B tool and is not directed at anyone under 18.
Changes
We'll update this page as the product grows (for example, when accounts and billing launch). The "last updated" date above always reflects the current version.
