These terms cover your use of the FUNDIQ website and founding-member waitlist while the product is in development. FUNDIQ is a product of Beyonder Technology.
Pre-launch status
FUNDIQ is not yet a live product. Joining the waitlist registers your interest; it does not create an account, guarantee access, or guarantee any specific feature, coverage, price, or launch date. Everything on this site describing the product reflects intent, and any sample screens are labelled "illustrative".
No charge yet
The waitlist is free. There is no payment, subscription, or billing at this stage. If and when paid plans launch, they will have their own clearly-stated terms which you can choose to accept.
Acceptable use
Don't submit other people's details without permission, don't abuse the form (spam, automated flooding), and don't attempt to disrupt or probe the service. We may remove entries that appear fraudulent or automated.
Intellectual property
The FUNDIQ name, brand, design, and content are owned by Beyonder Technology. You may reference or link to us; please don't copy the brand or pass it off as your own.
Data & privacy
How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy.
"As is", no warranty
This pre-launch site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Beyonder Technology is not liable for any loss arising from use of, or inability to use, this site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.

We may update these terms as the product evolves; the "last updated" date reflects the current version. Questions: fundiq@beyonder1.tech.
These terms cover a pre-launch waitlist and will be replaced by full product terms, reviewed by legal counsel, before paid or business accounts go live.
